End The Suffering That Comes From Avoidance

“Most of our suffering comes from avoidance!”

Let me explain quickly with a real, personal example…

This morning I delayed my workout for 62 minutes.

After finally pushing through the resistance and getting it done…

I was done with the full workout 21 minutes later.

Procrastination and delay is expensive.

One cause of this is that I didn’t have to get my boys up for camp.

With the constraints of having to get my kids up at a certain time, makes me get it done by a certain time or it won’t get done at all.

So keeping those constraints even when I don’t have them is a great thing for me to keep in mind.

You don’t have to reply (if you don’t want to), however at least think of something you’re suffering through right now simply because you’re avoiding it.

Maybe it’s:

Launching the ad

Hiring the coach

Making the sales calls

Sending the email

Releasing the underperforming employee to their destiny

Shooting the video

Creating the presentation

Having the tough conversation

Hitting the gym

Or something else…
