January flew by for us, so we want to give you some insight from this past month, so you can take this information and implement it into your coaching and consulting business.
What are some insights gathered that would be beneficial to share with everyone to make sure 2022 is their biggest year ever?
- It’s been great to see our clients take the time to dissect their business numbers to determine what’s actually working versus trying to assume what’s working and what’s not working. ([3:10])
- Clients who come in only looking for results are often unable to sustain the results. Clients who focus on improvement over income, always win. ([04:42])
- Some clients don’t have the proper mindset to build a business. They don’t look at the improvement and development that needs to take place to reach their goals. ([05:32])
- When our CAU clients are focused on their development, determined on improving everyday and improving their skillset, those are the people that make more money in the long term ([06:14])

Client Spotlight – Dr. Viola Pierce
I began this journey about three years ago but did not have a reliable way to attract clients. I was working a full time job that I felt unfulfilled and wanted to change the trajectory of my life. I have been a nurse for thirty years this year and I wanted to make a sustainable change in healthcare.
Prior to coming to client attraction, I saw Marquel on a podcast and he said the success is a system. I had another coach at the time say that in order for me to move from the corporate world to entrepreneurship full time, I needed that systematic way of attracting clients. However, the program did not provide a systematic way.
When I signed up for an information session with Marquel and he said that they would be doing a done with you service for the system, it was a no brainer for me. In the training, they were so incredibly gracious and kind to everyone during the sessions of setting up our own systems. I knew that I would benefit from the year-long program and I knew that I needed the support.
Since joining, In four months, I am 1 client away from making my entire year’s salary last year at my corporate job. I was able to retire from nursing completely and serve nurse coaches and consultants while they serve their community. The goal is to change the face of healthcare as we know it. This not only changes the trajectories of our communities but the trajectory of those that are serving.
This has been the BEST choice I have made in Business thus far, outside of putting God in my business.
